We are currently seeking to hire **a Retail Architecture Project Manager** for our **Barcelona** offices to join our team and contribute to national and international projects. **What will your mission be in this role?** As a **Retail Architecture Project Manager**, you will participate in all phases of brand implementation projects: feasibility studies, design and executive project development, permitting, cost control, construction supervision, and overall client follow-up. **What responsibilities will you assume on a daily basis?** * Lead planning, resource supervision, scheduling, and overall coordination of the project team. * Develop and supervise technical documentation and digital presentations, ensuring conceptual and technical design coherence. * Manage client relationships, interpreting their needs and transforming them into strategic and creative architectural solutions. * Participate in and lead client meetings, ensuring alignment between expectations, design, and project execution. * Review and validate projects to ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and technical specifications. * Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, guaranteeing on-time delivery and adherence to budget. **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in Architecture or related field (e.g., interior design). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in architecture and interior design projects.
