Cleaning Staff

Description

We are looking for cleaning staff to carry out maintenance and hygiene tasks in residential communities, offices, laboratories, workshops, and other workplaces in Terrassa and surrounding areas. Main responsibilities include cleaning common areas, offices, restrooms, staircases, floors, furniture, windows (where applicable), and other surfaces, following established cleaning protocols and ensuring a high standard of quality, order, and hygiene. Cleaning and maintenance of residential communities, offices, laboratories, workshops, and other facilities. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning all types of flooring. Cleaning and disinfection of restrooms, changing rooms, and common areas. Cleaning of furniture, doors, interior glass, and other surfaces. Emptying trash bins and restocking consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.). Proper use of cleaning products and materials, following established protocols. Maintaining order, hygiene, and the positive image of assigned spaces. Identifying and reporting any incidents related to facilities or services. Complying with occupational health and safety regulations. Covering holiday replacements and temporary reinforcements as required by service needs. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in the cleaning sector is highly valued, especially in residential communities, offices, laboratories, workshops, workplaces, and other facilities. Experience using cleaning machinery and products, as well as knowledge of hygiene and disinfection protocols, will also be considered. We seek a responsible, punctual, organized individual capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team, oriented toward delivering high-quality service with attention to detail. * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Experience in the cleaning sector, responsibility, punctuality, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, and strong attention to detail are valued. Availability to cover holiday replacements and other assignments according to company needs is required. * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Part-time schedule (4 hours \- daily shift) * Gross monthly salary from '750' to '760'
