To strengthen our team, we are seeking to hire an Industrial Electromechanic. Your responsibilities * Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery: cutters, vacuum sealers, packaging machines, conveyor belts, etc. * Electrical repairs: electrical panels, motors, sensors, contactors, frequency inverters, and installations. * Mechanical repairs: bearings, belts, chains, gears, pumps, and other components. * Maintenance of cold rooms and refrigeration systems, depending on training and job responsibilities. * Fault diagnosis and commissioning of production lines. * Verifying that machinery is in proper condition after cleaning and disinfection. * Recording interventions, faults, and maintenance tasks. * Performing preventive maintenance to avoid production stoppages. * Inspecting electrical, pneumatic, and—in some cases—hydraulic installations. Requirements * Qualification: Minimum Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Electromechanics. * Mandatory: • Proven experience as an electromechanic in the meat industry. + Experience performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on industrial machinery in the meat industry. + Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing faults in electrical systems, motors, and industrial equipment. + Ability to interpret electrical schematics. + Use of electrical measuring instruments. + Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities. + Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. + Installation and calibration of electrical and electronic equipment. + Process automation: programming and maintenance of automated systems—including electric actuators and sensors—to improve production. + TIG welding. + Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial mechanics. + Valid driver’s license * Other requirements: Desirable qualifications: + Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). + Participation in improving and optimizing electrical systems. + Programming of automated systems: configuration and adjustment of PLCs and control systems.
