The selected candidate will participate in both maintenance and installation of artificial turf fields across Catalonia, working at top-tier sports facilities. This is a dynamic position, ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, are available to travel, and wish to be part of a professional and specialized team. The usual departure point will be Les Preses (Girona), from where weekly routes and scheduled services will be planned. Although work is typically carried out in teams, it is essential that the candidate possesses autonomy to independently travel to any location across Catalonia when service organization requires it. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform maintenance tasks on artificial turf fields. * Participate in the installation of new artificial turf surfaces. * Carry out brushing, decompaction, rubber and sand application and redistribution, spot repairs, and other specific maintenance tasks. * Prepare materials, tools, and machinery required for each operation. * Properly use and maintain work machinery and tools. * Ensure quality of executed work and compliance with company standards. * Collaborate with other team members on scheduled operations. * Travel daily to various sports fields across Catalonia according to the weekly schedule. Requirements * Qualifications: Training: Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Gardening and Floristry, CFGM in Agroecological Production, CFGM in Agri-livestock Production, or other studies related to gardening, agriculture, or maintenance (desirable). * Requirements: \- Experience in gardening, construction, maintenance, or similar sectors (desirable). + Responsible, committed individual with ability to work in a team. + Good physical condition to perform manual outdoor work. + Availability to travel daily throughout Catalonia. + Valid driving license class B is mandatory, along with autonomy for regular driving. + Experience in artificial turf installation or maintenance will be valued.
