Project Management Technician

**Join Fotomatón Barcelona as a Project Manager!** Are you passionate about the events industry and trained in design? We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and creative person to support the management and coordination of projects and events—blending organization, customer service, and design. **What tasks will you perform?** * Manage and coordinate projects and events from request receipt through execution. * Maintain smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Prepare budgets, commercial proposals, and related documentation. * Track deadlines, requirements, and needs for each project. * Coordinate service customization through designs, logos, photocalls, print materials, and other graphic elements. * Prepare and review final artwork and production-ready files. * Use Adobe Illustrator to make minor modifications, adaptations, and adjustments to designs. * Support logistical event planning, including scheduling, setup, teardown, materials, and staffing. * Resolve last-minute issues and requests with a customer-oriented attitude. * Keep project information and documentation up to date. **Requirements:** * Education in Graphic Design, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is mandatory. Experience with Photoshop or other Adobe tools is a plus. * Organized, responsible, and methodical profile, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Solution-oriented, proactive attitude with attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to last-minute changes. * Fluency in Catalan and Spanish is mandatory; a good level of English is valued. * Experience in project management, events, agencies, production, or customer service is advantageous but not required. * Availability for part-time work, either mornings or afternoons. **What do we offer?** * Integration into a dynamic team operating within the events sector. * A role combining project management and design, offering opportunities to develop diverse professional skills. * Part-time schedule with stable and consistent hours within the agreed time slot. * A dynamic work environment featuring varied projects and direct interaction with clients, suppliers, and different internal teams.
