DESCRIPTION **Product Performance & Analytics Specialist** =============================================== GammaUX is seeking a **Product Performance & Analytics Specialist** to join a strategic project for a leading bank in the sector. We are looking for a **hybrid profile**, combining analytical capability and product vision, to analyze application performance, interpret KPIs, and transform data into **actionable insights, improvement proposals, and opportunities for optimization and automation**. ### **Responsibilities** * **Analyze app performance and availability** using tools such as AQMetrix, identifying deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities. * **Design and maintain product dashboards, KPIs, and reporting**, integrating data from user behavior, performance metrics, Sprints, Releases, and incidents. * **Transform data analysis into actionable proposals**, identifying issues and suggesting concrete improvements to enhance app experience and functionality. * **Track product evolution** using CA Rally and other systems, participating in Sprint, Release, and planning reporting. * **Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement**, reducing manual tasks through workflows, integrations, scripts, or AI tools. * **Manage and coordinate service queries and incidents**, ensuring SLA tracking and compliance. ### **What we are looking for?** * **3–5 years of experience** in Product Analytics, Business/Data Analytics, Product Operations, Product Management, or Project Management within digital environments. * **Experience analyzing digital products or mobile applications**, with ability to interpret performance, behavioral, and business metrics. * **Strong analytical orientation**, capable of transforming data and KPIs into actionable insights and concrete improvement proposals. * **Experience creating dashboards and reporting**, with ability to structure and communicate information clearly to diverse stakeholders. * **Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management tools**, with experience in CA Rally, AQMetrix, and Microsoft 365 environments being highly valued. * **Mindset of continuous improvement and automation**, with interest or experience using workflows, scripting, low-code tools, or AI to optimize processes.
