Job Summary: We are seeking an Access Controller for an LGTBI nightclub, responsible for managing the flow of people, maintaining order, and collaborating with other security professionals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the flow of people and venue capacity at a nightclub 2. Maintain order and prevent conflicts in a safe environment 3. Collaborate with security personnel and event staff We are looking for an **Access Controller** for a nightclub that serves as a safe and welcoming space for the LGTBI community. * **Entry and exit control:** Manage the flow of people and ensure that the venue’s maximum capacity is not exceeded. * **Order maintenance:** Monitor attendees’ behavior to prevent conflicts and ensure a safe environment. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with other security professionals, event staff, and, if necessary, law enforcement authorities. Valid TIP (Professional Identity Card for Private Security) required. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €1,400.00–€1,500.00 per month Education: * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) (Desirable) Experience: * Access control: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
