Overview:
We are seeking a Logistics Planner with strong planning capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset to lead the plant's logistics management. The role will be responsible for ensuring proper resource planning, inventory accuracy, and logistical operational efficiency, contributing to meeting service level targets and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the Logistics Administration team, ensuring efficient resource management and achievement of departmental goals.
* Plan departmental staffing needs, including shift scheduling, coverage for absences, onboarding, and training.
* Manage and optimize storage requirements to ensure adequate space availability and proper flow of materials and finished goods.
* Oversee inventory execution and ensure stock record accuracy.
* Handle incidents related to stock, returns, claims, and reconciliations, ensuring effective resolution.
* Analyze logistics KPIs and collaborate with other plant departments to drive continuous improvement and ensure service levels.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Logistics, or related fields.
* Prior experience in logistics planning, supply chain, or warehouse management roles.
* Experience managing administrative teams and coordinating personnel.
* Advanced knowledge of SAP.
* Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Intermediate/advanced level of English.
* Experience in inventory management and stock control.
* Analytical ability, results orientation, and organizational and planning skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
