Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will supervise and coordinate general maintenance activities, ensuring the proper operation of facilities, equipment, and systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of materials and necessary repairs At Grupo Orenes, a multinational leader in the Leisure and Entertainment sector, we are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** for our two Bingo Leisure Centers in Vitoria, offering an **indefinite contract and a 50% work schedule**. **Job Description:** The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supervising and coordinating general maintenance activities, ensuring the proper operation of facilities, equipment, and systems. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks * Coordinate external supplier interventions * Respond to equipment and facility failure reports * Ensure the proper operation of electrical and electronic systems. * Manage materials and necessary repairs * Monitor daily activities and report on incident resolution progress **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance * Knowledge and experience in basic trades (plumbing, electricity, etc.) * Experience in general maintenance areas (buildings, stores, offices, facilities, etc.) * Availability to work a 50% schedule from Monday to Friday **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Organization and responsibility * Proactivity * Ability to work under pressure \#joinourteam Committed to treating all applications fairly and without discrimination, and valuing candidates’ skills, achievements, and experience regardless of age, gender, nationality, race, or disability, applications from candidates with a disability certificate will be positively considered.
