We are looking for a Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician The person in charge will be responsible for managing and developing safety and prevention systems with the aim of creating a safe and healthy work environment, thus reducing workplace accidents and incidents. Under the supervision of the PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) manager, the main responsibilities of this position will be: - Share indicators and suggestions for corrective actions with Production Managers during operational meetings. - Promote improvements in facilities and equipment by providing technical safety advice. - Provide information and support to managers of different departments. - Record and monitor deviations and incidents, keeping databases up to date. - Accompany scheduled visits and participate in internal and external audits. - Coordinate activities related to occupational safety with external companies. - Prepare internal and official records for administrative authorities. - Ensure compliance with control parameters and achievement of objectives established in management systems. - Actively participate in the company's health and safety committees. - Review and audit installations and equipment (such as measuring devices, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, waste areas). - Manage procedures and statistical analyses related to workplace accidents. - Ensure compliance with current regulations and supervise the proper execution of emergency drills. - Promote communication and dissemination of safety and environmental information among workers.
