As a Retail Training Coordinator, you will be the key person responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring the training of our Retail teams, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operational excellence, and customer experience. You will work closely with Retail, People, Product, and Image & Style teams to drive the implementation of training programs across all stores, guaranteeing their proper execution and impact on team performance. This role combines strategic vision with operational support, requiring approximately 30–40% travel availability to support field trainings, store openings, and key projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the annual Retail training plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives. * Collaborate closely with Regional Managers to prioritize training needs by region and store type. * Coordinate the development and updating of training materials together with Product, Image & Style, Operations, etc. * Ensure proper implementation of training paths by position (Sales Associate, Interior Designer, Store Manager, etc.). * Work with the People team to ensure effective learning methodologies are applied. * Supervise the execution of in-person and online trainings, ensuring pedagogical consistency and quality. * Support the Retail network by coordinating the schedule and content of their trainings. * Ensure proper onboarding of new teams and store openings in collaboration with Retail and People. * Coordinate 'Train the Trainers' sessions to guarantee accurate knowledge transfer. * Facilitate access to e-learning platforms and updated training materials. * Measurement and impact * Analyze training KPIs (participation, satisfaction, application, and commercial results). * Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions or reinforcements. * Prepare periodic progress and results reports for Retail and People. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on team development. * Align training strategies with Retail department priorities and Product launches. * Act as a liaison between Retail, People, Product, and Operations to ensure consistent and up-to-date training. * Promote the exchange of best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning across the network. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of training curricula and tools. * **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or team development within Retail environments, ideally in the furniture and design sector. * Ability to coordinate training projects with international or multi-store scope. * Knowledge of learning methodologies and e-learning tools. * Skills in planning, communication, and coordination of training teams. * Analytical mindset and results orientation. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams. * Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally. * Fluent Spanish and strong command of English.
