General Services Mechanic (Night Shift)

Description

**Responsibilities** * Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions and incidents in production machinery during the night shift. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the established plan. * Understand the operation of production equipment and apply the corresponding intervention protocols. * Record all interventions performed (malfunctions, replaced parts, time spent, and observations) to ensure traceability. * Conduct quality checks after each intervention to ensure proper machinery operation. * Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety regulations, clearly demarcating and protecting the work area. * Keep tools, materials, and workspaces organized and in optimal hygienic condition. * Collaborate with the production team and coordinate\-with the shift supervisor and external companies as required. * Propose improvements contributing to increased reliability and performance of facilities. #### **Main responsibilities** You will join the General Services night-shift team, ensuring production machinery availability and continuity of the production process.
