Main responsibilities will include: * Organize and allocate the workforce according to production needs, ensuring achievement of set objectives and KPIs. * Monitor assigned personnel, managing absences, leave requests, and daily incidents. * Define, review, and ensure compliance with work standards as well as applicable internal regulations. * Coordinate and supervise production activities in accordance with the established plan. * Ensure effective internal communication and support training and onboarding of new hires. Requirements * Qualification: CFGM/S-level qualification or degree in Administration, Logistics, Human Resources Management, or related field required. * Requirements: \- Organized individual with planning ability, communication skills, incident-resolution orientation, and team management capability. + Residence in Garrotxa or nearby regions. * Mandatory: \- Prior experience in industrial production environments, preferably in the plastic, automotive, or technical manufacturing sectors. + Experience leading production teams or operational staff.
