From the food and beverage department, we are seeking staff for one of our establishments, kitchen department: **Schedule:** Full-time **Season:** From April to mid-September 2026 **Working hours:** 40 hours per week. Availability to work weekends and holidays. **Salary:** According to collective agreement plus department incentives. **Languages:** Spanish/Catalan. Other languages are valued. **Residence:** Preferably residing in Rupit, Pruit, or surrounding areas. **Responsibilities:** Preparation of menu items, personalized menus, control of goods receipt. Development of menus, order preparation, warehouse management, stock control. Management and control of HACCP, waste management. Verification of inventory and food quality. Preparation of various dishes assigned to their work area. Maintenance and cleaning of corresponding areas, as well as compliance with the company's established hygiene regulations. **Skills:** Organized person with composure during high-activity periods, capable of remaining calm and maintaining service control even under pressure. Must have good aesthetic judgment to ensure presentation and quality of served products. Flexibility, collaborative attitude, and ability to adapt to the environment and team are valued. Initiative, passion for delivering excellent service, and motivation to keep learning and improving every day are emphasized. **Extra:** Ongoing training in service and techniques provided by the company, commitment and quality of wellbeing. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in kitchen. Knowledge of HACCP.
