




We are looking for a professional with experience to manage a store in Blanes comprehensively. Key responsibilities will include direct customer service, leading and developing the team through training and guidance. Overall coordination of the store, both in organizational aspects and personnel management, will be essential. This includes creating work schedules, monitoring profit and loss accounts, and merchandise management, including placing orders, inventory control, and product flow. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing strategies to boost sales, supervising product placement and shelf organization, as well as addressing and resolving incidents through specific action plans. The position requires full-time work, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, within flexible hours between 06:00 and 22:00. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. * We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. Fluent written and spoken Catalan and/or Spanish. Higher education in administration and finance or related field.
