




We are looking for a person to join as assistant to the store manager in Blanes. Main responsibilities will include direct customer service, as well as team training and development. The candidate will also be responsible for overall store coordination in the manager's absence, managing human and organizational aspects. Responsibilities include placing store orders, stock control, and supervision of merchandise flow. Periodic inventories will be carried out, and the candidate will participate in new product rollouts, ensuring proper shelf presentation. The role also involves resolving issues by developing action plans. This is a full-time position with a workload of 40 hours per week. The working schedule will be rotational, covering shifts from 06:00 to 22:00, Monday through Sunday, including corresponding legal rest days. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience as section manager. * We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. Fluent spoken Catalan and/or Spanish Higher education degree in administration and finance or equivalent.
