We are seeking to hire an Industrial Automation and Robotics Programming Technician with proven experience in programming, commissioning, and technical coordination of industrial projects. This position is intended for an autonomous, solution-oriented individual accustomed to working in technical environments where deep understanding of machinery, processes, and client needs is essential. This is not a pure technical support role, but rather a project-focused position involving automation, robotics, installations, and commissioning. What will your role be? You will join the technical team and participate in industrial automation and robotics projects, from programming through to machinery commissioning. Your main responsibilities will include: * Programming industrial robots, primarily KUKA, ABB, and FANUC. * Working with automation systems, especially Beckhoff. * Developing programs from scratch and modifying existing programs according to project requirements. * Participating in the commissioning of industrial machinery at client sites. * Independently coordinating with all parties involved in the installation process: client, technical team, installers, suppliers, and other professionals linked to the project. * Conducting tests, adjustments, validations, and modifications during the installation phase. * Providing technical support for minor electrical interventions related to the machinery: replacing photoelectric sensors, solenoid valves, sensors, field devices, or performing small tasks inside electrical panels. * Interpreting technical documentation, electrical schematics, and drawings. * Using technical tools such as AutoCAD, TIA Portal, or other software related to automation and technical design. * Delivering client training on machine or installation operation. * Participating in international projects, involving approximately 20\-30% of annual travel to various countries. What profile are we looking for? We seek a candidate with a minimum of approximately 2 years’ experience in industrial automation, robotics, commissioning, or similar technical projects. We particularly welcome candidates who have previously worked with industrial machinery, system integrators, engineering firms, manufacturers of automated lines, or companies where they were required to program, test, adjust, and commission equipment in real-world environments. Main requirements: * 2 years’ experience programming industrial robots (KUKA, ABB, FANUC). * Knowledge of Beckhoff. (DESIRABLE) * Ability to develop programs from scratch. * Experience commissioning industrial machinery or installations. * Sufficient electrical knowledge to perform minor interventions on machinery or electrical panels. * Ability to work autonomously at client sites. * Strong technical interpretation skills: schematics, drawings, signals, sensors, field devices, and project documentation. * Minimum intermediate level of English, essential for communicating with clients and teams from other countries. * Intermediate level of Excel. * Willingness to travel approximately 20\-30% annually. Additional assets: * Knowledge of Siemens, TIA Portal, and Omron. * Experience in international environments or commissioning outside Spain. * Familiarity with AutoCAD or other technical design and documentation tools. * Ability to deliver clear and professional client training. * Organized, methodical profile capable of managing work by projects. * Combined experience in robotics, automation, and field electrical work. A technically discerning individual who does not merely execute tasks, but understands what is happening within the machinery and can propose effective solutions. What do we offer? * Employment with an established, technically oriented company engaged in international industrial projects. * A stable position with career progression opportunities within the automation and robotics area. * Project-based work—not reactive technical support. * Standard working hours: 08:00–13:30 and 14:40–17:00, with some flexibility. * Annual gross salary between €26,000 and €35,000, with potential adjustment based on candidate’s experience and technical level. * Participation in international projects, involving approximately 20\-30% annual travel. * A technical environment offering hands-on experience with robotics, automation, programming, commissioning, and direct client interaction. * A position well-suited for someone wishing to work closely with machinery, while also engaging with projects, programming, and technical solutions.
