




Job Summary: Reporting to the Fishmonger Manager, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, and displaying fish, ensuring freshness and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Passion for retail and fresh products 2. Fish handling and attractive counter setup 3. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety As part of the store team and reporting to the Fish Market Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Conducting daily receipt of goods (fish), ensuring quality and freshness upon delivery. * Placing fish and setting up the counter in the most attractive manner possible. * Restocking goods and materials used in preparation and sale (ice, bags, paper, labels, etc.). * Placing fish in trays (tray packing) and performing product handling. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising fish-handling tools and equipment, as well as maintaining facilities (cold rooms and sinks). We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, fresh products, and people, and if you possess: * Training in food handling/food safety. * Knowledge of fish, knife handling, and fishmonger equipment.
