We are a hotel group on the Costa Brava and are looking for a Spa Receptionist at one of our hotels, Hotel Eden Roc, located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. We are seeking a responsible and organized individual who is communicative and strives for continuous self-improvement. The main responsibilities include: * Guest reception and service, performing relevant procedures. * Reservation management and service coordination. * Providing information to customers about treatments and promotions. * Handling telephone and email inquiries and confirmations. * Maintaining effective communication with customers and colleagues. * Collaborating in achieving sales targets. * Other tasks required for the position. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in reception. * University degree in Tourism or equivalent higher vocational training (CFGS). * Fluent spoken English and French; additional languages are an asset. * Basic computer literacy. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is valued.
