NOSTER, an associate company of OTIS Spain — a global and national leader in the elevator industry — is recruiting a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in CALELLA: As a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, your responsibilities will include: * Supervising and coordinating the assigned technical team (including subcontractors), covering time sheets, expense control, difficulty reports, and activity tracking. * Providing technical support and advice to team members, customers, and specifiers via telephone, email, or in person. * Coordinating with Construction Managers regarding technical requirements and support. * Managing units in portfolio through internal systems (SICO), as well as coordinating and monitoring those units. * Managing direct reports, ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes, and delivering technical training: performance management, annual training, Excellent Service, and 5\-10\-5 techniques, etc., aligning team performance with company needs. * Taking responsibility for internal team communication, including preparing and conducting meetings. * Ensuring team and customer safety through delivery of safety training courses, analysis of non\-standard risks, and completion of FPA assessments. To succeed in this role, we require: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture. EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role within the elevator or industrial sector is preferred. OFFICE SOFTWARE: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. LANGUAGES: B2 level English is desirable. COMPETENCIES: Team management, results orientation, conflict resolution ability.
