DESCRIPTION **Recycling Production Operators** =========================================== Grup Montaner, through Temporal Quality, is seeking Recycling Production Operators for a major company in the recycling sector located near Sant Julià de Ramis. If you have experience in waste sorting and are interested in the recycling industry, this is your opportunity! We are looking for committed individuals eager to join a stable project. **Job Responsibilities:** The main responsibilities of this role include: * **Manual Selection:** Manually selecting and classifying various materials (paper, cardboard, plastics, metals, etc.) both on-site and on conveyor belts, aiming to optimize subsequent recycling processes. * **Metal Classification:** Performing specific separation and classification of metals, ensuring material purity for subsequent recycling processes. * **Forklift Operation (Occasional):** Occasionally, product placement using a forklift will be required. Prior experience or willingness to obtain the relevant certification is desirable. * **Facility Maintenance:** Contributing to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company guidelines. * **Auxiliary Tasks:** Performing other related and complementary tasks associated with the production operator position, as required by plant needs. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including scheduled breaks). Occasional Saturdays may be scheduled to meet specific production needs. **Employment Conditions:** We offer a dynamic work environment and the following conditions: * **Contract:** A stable contract managed via an ETT (Temporary Work Agency), with a clear prospect of being integrated into the client company’s permanent workforce upon successful completion of the probation period and based on performance. * **Work Environment:** Joining a professional team in a positive work atmosphere that values collaboration and commitment. REQUIREMENTS To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably within the recycling sector or production lines. * Ability to perform manual selection and classification of materials. * Attention to detail and ability to identify different types of waste. * Physical stamina to work in an industrial plant environment. * Proactive, responsible attitude and eagerness to learn. * Availability to work the specified schedule.
