Reporting to the department manager, we seek a colleague for the position of WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (20 hours) at our SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA store. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering an excellent customer experience during goods delivery. * Labeling, handling, and storing merchandise. * Maintaining merchandise and the overall condition of the warehouse, as well as in-store displays. * Ability to handle large-volume and heavy goods. * General store support. What do we offer? * Permanent contract * Fixed salary \+ variable component based on achievement of collective objectives. **Requirements:** --------------- **Proven warehouse experience is mandatory** Candidate must have appropriate training, strong customer orientation, and problem-solving skills. Must be friendly, empathetic, and positive. We seek candidates interested in a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. **Must be available to work morning or afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays/holidays according to the opening schedule established by the autonomous community**, respecting the weekly rest days stipulated in the Large Stores Collective Agreement. **Forklift operator license is mandatory**
