




Job Summary: A person with intellectual disability and/or mental health disorders to carry out guidance and training activities for individuals with intellectual disability and/or mental health disorders. Development of personal, social, and professional competencies The TRESC Foundation needs to hire a person to perform direct care duties at its Girona center. The candidate will provide guidance and training to individuals with intellectual disability and/or mental health disorders. Tasks include various training activities, personalized accompaniment and tutoring, and coordination with family and external services. Accompany service users in developing the personal, social, and professional competencies required to adapt to the labor market. Deliver group-based training activities related to workshop tasks (e.g., personal and social skills, personal autonomy, occupational competencies, etc.). Plan and organize training activities (activity design, material planning, organization, etc.). Maintain internal follow-up records for service users (individual programs, data logs, etc.). Collaborate with the service user’s family and/or support network. Coordinate with external services and resources. Participate in team meetings. * Minimum 1 year of experience.
