Our organization is seeking to incorporate a **kitchen assistant** at our Residence located in Far d'Empordà, dedicated to the care of people with intellectual, psychological, and physical disabilities. **Main responsibilities:** * Serve dinner to residents, following food hygiene and safety protocols. * Prepare and assemble trays according to each user's requirements (textures, diets, etc.). * Carry out temperature recordings of food and equipment as per regulations. * Collect and clean all used items (carts, trays, utensils, etc.). * Leave the kitchen and dining room clean and organized. * Report any incidents related to food or service. **Valued skills:** * Valid driver's license. * Aptitude for person-centered care. * Oral and written comprehension of Catalan and Spanish. * Ability to work independently. **Compensation:** Holidays and weekends will be compensated according to the current collective agreement.
