Our team is growing, and we are seeking a **Motorhome Maintenance Technician.** Your responsibilities throughout the season: * In spring, you will perform the annual technical inspections of each motorhome and organize orders for technical parts. * In summer, you will handle customer complaints, adhering to response deadlines defined according to the type of incident encountered. For example, you will work on electricity, plumbing, faucets, carpentry, air conditioning, etc. * In autumn, you will carry out mandatory technical inspections on each motorhome and prepare them for winter storage. You will also prepare motorhomes for transportation if they are to be relocated. At the end of the season, once the campsite has closed to customers, you will carry out maintenance work: repairing floors/linoleum, roofs, renovating showers, etc. * Throughout the season, all maintenance and administrative tasks are managed via a mobile application. **Your key strengths:*** Experience in one or more of the following fields: electricity, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, etc. * Ability to prioritize and organize your daily/weekly tasks * Strong customer service orientation * Good communication skills **Essential requirements:** * Availability to travel within the region (a valid driver’s license is mandatory) * Good command of French and, ideally, technical English * Proficiency with computer tools Our key strengths: 1\.
