Main responsibilities will include controlling supplier delivery notes and invoices, as well as coding and entering materials into the ERP system. The candidate will also be responsible for approving such invoices, maintaining detailed tracking of work performed, hours invested, and materials assigned to each client. Among the duties to be performed are customer invoicing, archive management, telephone support, and assistance with accounting tasks. These activities form part of the daily routine of this position. This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week. The schedule will run from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * We seek a responsible individual with a positive attitude. * Proximity to the workplace is an advantage.
