Main responsibilities will include managing phone calls and administrative tasks related to rental management. Scheduling and managing visits, handling incidents that may arise in rented apartments and buildings, inspection visits, coordinating possible repairs with maintenance staff, daily office management, receiving orders, inventory and material tracking... Morning schedule, part-time position of 25 weekly hours from Monday to Friday. Possibility of future promotion.
