Develop dynamic dashboards in Power BI Job Description Apply now * Submit application now * Start * **Please wait...** Senior Controller Publication start date: 8/6/26 **Department:** Finance **Location:** Maçanet de la Selva and Sant Cugat **Work model:** Hybrid, 3 days in Maçanet \+ 2 days remote work \+ occasional travel to Sant Cugat **HRBP:** Leire Garces **Mission:** Optimize the economic and operational efficiency of the entities within the area, ensuring the reliability of financial controls, leading the planning process, and acting as a business partner to senior management **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and enhance the capabilities of the Controlling team, promoting synergies and smooth communication with other company departments. * Comprehensively monitor the budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing variances and deviations against past and projected results. * Oversee the monthly financial closing and lead financial and ad\-hoc reporting with support from the team and the shared services center. * Develop and maintain the company's KPI system, transforming traditional reports into dynamic, visual dashboards in Power BI. * Evaluate investments, business cases, and expansion or cost-saving projects. * Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls, mitigate operational risks, and guarantee technical rigor and maximum traceability in financial statements and supporting documentation. * Provide direct support to executive committees, transforming financial information into business recommendations and risk mitigation actions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) * A Master’s in Management Control or an MBA and/or audit experience is desirable * Advanced English language proficiency * Advanced MS Office user; Power BI proficiency required; SAP or cutting-edge ERP experience is a plus * 5–10 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment * Team management experience * Analytical ability * Planning and organizational skills * Problem-solving ability * Proactivity/Initiative * Adaptability to change * Commitment * Customer orientation Apply now * Submit application now * Start * **Please wait...**
