We are currently seeking a Labor Relations Technician to fill a vacancy at our office in Torroella de Montgrí. • Manage comprehensive labor administration for the assigned client portfolio, including labor advisory services, payroll processing, etc. • Process employee onboarding and offboarding; monitor and handle ITs (Temporary Employment Contracts), TCs (Training Contracts), benefit applications, etc. • Manage and process foreigner documentation, dismissals, retirements, etc. * Minimum 1 year of experience. • At least 1 year of practical experience performing labor-related tasks. * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations. * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced). * Competencies / knowledge: Organized, proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, quality and results focus, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Full-time working schedule. * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1450' to '1700'. * Other points of interest: \- A stable full-time position, Monday to Thursday (08\.30\-17\.30), with the legally mandated daily break, and intensive hours on Fridays, during summer, and at Christmas. \- Join a team of professionals with extensive experience. \- Continuous training provided by the company.
