Description

We are looking for a responsible, dynamic person with excellent customer service skills to perform public-facing tasks, product sales, restocking, and shop maintenance. Experience in retail is valued but not mandatory. Customer attention and advisory services. Product sales and cash handling. Preparation and restocking of goods in the store. Maintaining order and cleanliness of the premises. Basic stock control and support in receiving merchandise. Ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. * 6 months of experience required. Preferred: Prior experience in sales and customer service. Food handler's certificate. * Compulsory Secondary Education Certificate. * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * French (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * English (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Customer orientation. Communication skills. Responsibility and commitment. Teamwork ability. Proactive attitude. * Driving licenses: B\+E, A * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1507 * Additional relevant information: Working hours: Monday - holiday; Tuesday: 10:30–14:30 and 16:30–22:00; Wednesday to Sunday: 16:30–22:00. A fixed-term discontinuous contract of 40 weekly hours is offered, from June 19 to September 13, with immediate start and a pleasant work environment.
