PRODUCTION WORKERS IN THE MEAT INDUSTRY

At WeRfoods, a historic group dedicated to the meat industry, we are seeking Production Workers for NATURAL JAMON, one of our cured meat plants located in Sant Joan de Fonts. Its manufacturing processes are traditional and preserve the essence developed over generations when producing sausages and cured meats, enabling us to offer full traceability, excellent quality, and the highest food safety standards. Its flexibility, adaptability, and collaboration with customers allow us to provide services internationally — to specialty shops, large retail chains, hospitality businesses, distributors, and the industrial sector for cured products. What will be your mission? Participate in the production process, ensuring the proper manufacture of meat products while guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and good manufacturing practices at every production stage. Moreover, at weRfoods, we prioritize the well-being and development of our team, offering benefits such as health and wellness initiatives, continuous training and professional development opportunities, as well as various internal programs and advantages for those who are part of the group. * Handling and preparation of meat products. * Support on production lines (manufacturing, sausage stuffing, drying, and packaging). * Basic operation of machinery and tools assigned to the area. * Visual inspection of products and quality verification. * Compliance with hygiene, safety, and food traceability regulations. * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Minimum 1 year of experience; preferably 1 year of experience in the meat industry. * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written proficiency). * Competencies / knowledge: Prior experience in industrial or food-sector environments is desirable. Ability to work in a team and orientation towards quality, productivity, responsibility, and commitment to safety and hygiene standards. Availability to work daytime shifts. Driving license B, as the facility is located in Sant Joan les Fonts (Olot). * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1800' to '1899' * Additional points of interest: Joining an established company in the sector.
