You’ll be responsible for driving sales and optimizing commercial performance through strategic planning and flawless execution across all areas. You’ll ensure stock is always available and well-managed to meet customer needs, while also overseeing visual product presentation to create an attractive environment. Additionally, you’ll collaborate on task and schedule planning so colleagues are always in the right place at the right time. In the Store Manager’s absence, you’ll assume their role, effectively leading daily store operations. Regarding the team, you’ll be a role model. You’ll train, motivate, and develop Primark colleagues to help them reach their full potential—fostering a culture of learning, recognition, and continuous improvement. You’ll also ensure compliance with policies and procedures, safeguarding safety and promoting ethical and sustainable values within the strategic framework of Primark Cares. **How would we like you to be?** We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and experience managing teams—especially in dynamic, high-volume operational environments. We seek individuals who can inspire, motivate, and develop talent, cultivating a culture of engagement and high performance. Your commercial mindset will be key—as well as your ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions to exceed sales targets. Excellent organisational and planning skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex situations effectively, with a proactive and resilient attitude. We also value clear and inspiring communication—building positive relationships with the team and ensuring consistent information flow. Prior experience in a similar role is essential. Therefore, geographical flexibility is a mandatory requirement. For this position, we’ll positively consider candidates who have completed university degrees in Business Administration & Management (ADE), Marketing & Market Research, Commerce & Marketing, or an MBA (or equivalent).
