We are seeking a person with experience in general maintenance for a logistics company in Loeches. Responsibilities will include preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities, covering plumbing, masonry, painting, locksmithing, electrical work, carpentry, gardening, and general cleaning. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising that everything is in perfect condition and managing a small team consisting of a maintenance technician and cleaning staff. Prior experience in all these maintenance areas and in team management is essential. Having a personal vehicle is considered an advantage. The position offers a permanent contract directly with the company, working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30–14:00 and 15:00–18:00, and Fridays from 8:00–15:00. The annual gross salary ranges between €30,000 and €35,000.
