The role combines driving, transportation, and installation of event materials (tables, chairs, drapery, structures, etc.), ensuring accurate and high-quality service to our clients. The contract is permanent and full-time, within an established company in the events sector. Transport materials to various delivery and pickup locations, following established routes. Load and unload materials carefully, ensuring their integrity and safety during transport. Participate in the assembly and disassembly of materials at event venues (tables, chairs, structures, drapery, etc.). Prepare and verify orders in the warehouse before departure, confirming alignment with delivery notes and work orders. Collaborate with the warehouse and installation team, following instructions from the area supervisor or logistics manager. Maintain the vehicle and work tools in good condition, reporting incidents or maintenance needs. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, using personal protective equipment and load handling equipment correctly. Provide courteous and professional treatment to clients and colleagues, contributing to a positive company image. * Minimum 1 month of experience. HIGHLY VALUED: \- Prior experience in transportation, event setup, or event logistics. \- Basic knowledge of loading and stowage techniques to ensure material safety during transport. \- Skill in operating loading equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, etc.). \- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and incident detection. \- Ability to interpret delivery notes and order forms. \- Familiarity with the local geographic area (Girona and surrounding areas) to optimize routes and travel. \- Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention applicable to loading, unloading, and installation tasks. \- Training in load handling or use of powered pallet trucks will be valued. \- Strong client orientation and professional conduct in event environments. * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Responsibility and commitment: trustworthy, punctual, and careful with materials and vehicles.
