What does it mean to be a Delegation Manager at RACC? * You will conduct follow-ups and provide feedback to ensure team performance, communicating changes in operations, products, and processes. * You will lead and motivate your team. * You will strategically analyze productivity and quality data. * You will plan commercial activities, prospecting your assigned area to increase profitability and billing while enhancing brand visibility. * You will serve customers and market RACC products (RACC Membership Card, Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, etc.).
