Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time nurse to provide care and support to residents, administer medications, and collaborate on healthcare tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive care for residents and their healthcare needs. 2. Collaboration with medical and physiotherapy teams. 3. Positive attitude and affectionate treatment towards elderly people. We require a person to expand our Nursing team (full-time). Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Weekends and holidays off. Main responsibilities include: * Monitoring and attending to residents’ general human and healthcare needs. * Preparing and administering medications according to medical prescriptions, specifically treatments. * Taking blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. * Collaborating with physicians by preparing required materials and medications. * Organizing clinical records and documenting data relevant to the assigned duties. * Caring for bedridden residents due to illness, performing prescribed repositioning maneuvers, supervising meal service to patients, and directly administering food to those requiring instrumental assistance (nasogastric tube, gastric tube, etc.). * Monitoring residents’ personal hygiene as well as medications and food stored in their rooms. * Addressing healthcare needs of center staff, within the nurse’s scope of competence. * Collaborating with physiotherapists in activities compatible with the nurse’s ATS/DUE qualification, whenever specific functions allow. * Placing pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders in centers lacking specialists. * Supervising and ensuring proper execution of physician-prescribed physical therapies, observing any incidents arising during implementation. * Performing any other unspecified tasks requested and related to the above. * Assuming hygienic and healthcare responsibility. * A positive, constructive attitude and affectionate treatment towards elderly people are highly valued.
