




We are a hotel chain on the Costa Brava and are looking for a Chef at one of our hotels – Hotel Eden Park, located in Riudellots de la Selva, Girona. We are seeking a responsible and organized individual, with strong communication skills, who strives to improve daily. Main responsibilities: * Adhere to the company’s appearance standards. * Coordinate with dining room supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery. * Prepare the gastronomic offerings for the various meals served at the hotel, following quality standards. * Prepare the gastronomic offerings for staff, following established quality standards. * Comply with food safety regulations. * Follow product handling instructions established by the supervisor. * Prepare mise en place to facilitate workflow during service periods. * Respect the order of product consumption, always observing expiry or best-before dates. * Keep the workstation clean and organized. * Maintain proper inventory control of kitchen supplies. * Store food properly, clearly labeling containers with contents and storage date. * Perform other duties required for the position. Qualifications and requirements: * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Gastronomy or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Flexible working hours. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage.
