




Summary: We are seeking a Training Technician for a third-sector organization, responsible for organizing and delivering internal training and coordinating professional internships. Ensure traceability and document management A non-profit third-sector organization requires a part-time TRAINING TECHNICIAN (25 hours per week) to cover a medical leave. REQUIREMENTS: \- Formal Education: University Degree in Social Sciences or Communication \- Additional Training: Master’s or postgraduate studies in Human Resources and Training will be valued. Specialized courses in corporate training management are also recommended. \- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role will be valued. \- Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with the organization itself will be valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to operate standard office equipment. \- Immediate availability to start work, as this is to cover a medical leave. \- Other Valued Qualifications: Practical knowledge of Fundae, Canva. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Workplace Municipality: GIRONA. Contract Type: Temporary (to cover a medical leave), part-time (25 hours per week). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–13:00. Salary: €1,270.85 (for 25 weekly hours). Mission: Ensure the organization and delivery of training within the organization. FUNCTION 1: Analyze training needs of contracted staff together with program managers, aligned with the strategic plan and team requirements. Jointly design the organization’s training plan with the People and Volunteering Department. Schedule meetings with each program manager to define annual training objectives. Plan the organization’s annual trainings, evaluating possible delivery formats: in-person or remote. Research, coordinate, and monitor external training providers capable of delivering internal training to the organization. Maintain contact with trainers to schedule dates, venues, and, if applicable, content. Ensure training is communicated via agreed channels. Ensure all materials are ready (program, registrations, evaluations, meeting space, etc.). Organize and coordinate training sessions, courses, and workshops for technical staff and/or volunteers, including occupational health and safety (PRL) training, basic training, transversal training, and program-specific training. Carry out specific tasks outlined in FUNDAE’s subsidized training procedure. Monitor the financial aspects of training activities. Register and maintain up-to-date documentation management related to the training program procedures. Maintain records, tracking, and control of all completed training. FUNCTION 2: Coordinate and manage individuals undertaking professional internships and community service placements. Collect internship and/or community service requests, coordinate them with teams, and monitor their progress. Ensure management of all related documentation: agreement signing, final reports. Introduce students to the professional team. Ensure all interns attend Cáritas’ basic course. Participate when disagreements, mismatches, or complaints arise from either the student or technical staff. Register and maintain up-to-date documentation management related to procedures for hosting interns at the organization. Maintain records, tracking, and control of interns, educational institutions, fields of study, and internship hours.
