You will be part of a team that works with precision, organization, and attention to detail, supporting the preparation and service of sushi and Japanese cuisine in a high-end setting. Your role will be essential in ensuring every service is delivered with quality, pace, and consistency. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Assist in preparing mise en place for sushi and Japanese cuisine service. * Prepare basic cuts of fish, vegetables, and other ingredients according to established standards. * Collaborate on assembling and presenting sushi pieces and cold preparations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper product storage throughout service. * Restock ingredients and ensure the station is always prepared and organized. * Coordinate closely with the Sushi Man and the rest of the kitchen team to guarantee smooth and efficient service.
