This is an operational role with responsibility within an organized, demanding, and stable kitchen, where each member contributes to the smooth daily service. Your Role * Directly support the executive chef in organizing and developing daily service. * Coordinate the kitchen's operational functioning during service. * Maintain order, quality, and consistency across all stations. * Serve as a key support to ensure service is executed correctly and efficiently.
