We are seeking a person with experience working with children aged 3 to 12 to provide morning care services throughout the entire 2026\-2027 school year. Prior experience with children, responsibility, punctuality, and a warm, respectful approach will be especially valued. Job responsibilities: • Greet and welcome children in the early morning. • Supervise and care for children during the morning care service. • Propose and facilitate calm, age-appropriate activities such as board games, drawing, reading, or playful activities. • Ensure children's well-being, safety, and positive coexistence. • Attend to basic needs that may arise during the service. • Maintain order and ensure appropriate use of spaces and materials. • Accompany children to their classrooms or hand them over to center staff upon conclusion of the service. • Maintain appropriate communication with families, the educational center, and service coordination when necessary. • Report any incidents or relevant situations to the service supervisor. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Previous experience working with and caring for children aged 3 to 12 is required. Experience in school morning care services, school cafeterias, youth clubs, extracurricular activities, recreational programs, summer camps, or other education- and leisure-related children’s activities will be especially valued. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: • Responsibility and punctuality. • Ability to work with children of different ages. • Warm, respectful, and affectionate manner. • Patience, empathy, and active listening skills. • Ability to manage minor conflicts and unforeseen situations. • Initiative and creativity to propose appropriate activities for children. • Organizational ability and autonomy at work. • Communication skills and good relationships with families, the educational center, and the coordination team. • Commitment and availability to ensure continuity throughout the entire school year. * Temporary employment contract (10 months) * Morning part-time schedule (1 hour per day) * Monthly gross salary ranging from '350' to '400' * Additional information: • Employment contract covering the entire 2026\-2027 school year. • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8\.15 to 9\.30 a.m. • Service start date: September 8, 2026\. • Expected end date: June 21, 2027\. • The service will follow the center’s academic calendar. • Opportunity to join a stable service for the full school year. • Commitment, punctuality, and continuity throughout the period are required. • Ideal workplace to combine with studies or another job with compatible hours. • Interested candidates must submit their CV and contact details.
