




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for the logistics sector, responsible for telephone reception, mail management, and delivery note organization, among other duties. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position We are looking for a person to join the administrative department of a logistics company located in the Selva region. Main responsibilities include telephone reception, daily mail handling, processing and organizing delivery notes, and other duties inherent to the position that may arise during daily operations. This is a temporary contract with full-time hours (40 hours per week). The schedule runs Monday to Friday in a split shift from 09:00 to 17:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. On-site availability to comply with this schedule is required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * We seek a dynamic, proactive individual eager to work. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). \-A degree in Administration is desirable.
