SAP Consultant \| Maçanet de la Selva (Girona) \| Hybrid Model Are you an SAP Consultant looking for a new challenge where you can combine technology, business, and continuous improvement? We are seeking to hire an SAP Consultant with experience to participate in cross-functional projects, drive the evolution of internal processes, and deliver technology solutions with real business impact. **What will be your mission?** You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions. You will analyze requirements, propose functional solutions, and support projects from initial needs identification through implementation and adoption. You will primarily work with SAP WM, LES, and TR modules, and also participate in initiatives related to other solutions within the SAP and WMS ecosystems. **What are we looking for?** * Higher education degree, preferably in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting. * Experience and knowledge of SAP WM, LES, and TR. * Experience with other WMS systems is desirable. * Experience in incident management and functional user support. * Experience in designing and executing functional tests. * Ability to understand business processes and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and problem solving. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects will be valued. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions. * Maintain, evolve, and enhance primarily the WM, LES, and TR modules. * Manage incidents and provide functional support to end users. * Design and execute functional tests prior to implementations. * Document configurations, changes, and new functionalities. * Prepare and deliver user training. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions that optimize processes. * Participate in cross-functional projects related to SAP and WMS systems. * Collaborate with diverse departments and multidisciplinary teams. **What do we offer?** Participation in cross-functional and strategic projects.
