Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress or Waiter/Waitress Assistant to serve guests, take orders, provide recommendations, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Key Highlights: 1. Prior hospitality experience preferred; basic training provided if lacking 2. Accommodation and meals available on-site 3. 40-hour/week contract with private accident insurance **We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress or Waiter/Waitress Assistant for bars and restaurants** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Do you have prior experience in the hospitality industry? Have you worked in any bar or restaurant? If you lack such experience but wish to gain your first exposure to the hospitality industry, our resorts will train you and teach you the fundamentals required to perform your job. The rest is up to you!! **These are some of the tasks you will be responsible for:** * Greet and attend to guests * Take food and beverage orders, noting customers' preferences * Advise customers regarding their queries * Serve food and beverages * Monitor tables to ensure all guest needs are met and verify guest satisfaction * Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including all utensils used * Manage customer reservations via various channels * Process payments and issue invoices * Perform table cleaning and resetting duties **We Offer:** * On-site shared accommodation * Work uniform * Daily meals at the staff restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) * Days off: 1 day per week **Employment Contract:** * 40 hours/week * Morning and afternoon shifts, scheduled according to departmental requirements and rotating shifts * Private work-related accident insurance * Company-provided training, if necessary * Pro-rata annual vacation entitlement as stipulated by collective agreement
