A company based in Llagostera is seeking a Purchasing Technician to assume responsibility for the Procurement Department. An indefinite-term contract is offered, full-time schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. Annual gross salary of €28.500. Essential requirements: \-University degree related to the position, such as Business Administration and Management, Engineering or similar, or a higher vocational training qualification. \-Proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems. \-Fluent English proficiency. \-Interest, training or knowledge related to production and manufacturing environments. Preferred qualifications: \-Familiarity with the Odoo software. \-Knowledge of French or other languages. \- Ensure proper procurement of raw materials, guaranteeing availability of necessary production materials. \- Manage purchase orders to suppliers, tracking them and ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines, quantities, and conditions. \- Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules to optimize material availability. \- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments within the company and maintain continuous communication with suppliers to ensure supply chain efficiency. \- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of established objectives. \- Manage supplier invoice registration and administrative accounting within the ERP system, verifying alignment with purchase orders and goods receipt notes. * Diploma or Technical Engineering Degree * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * English (spoken: intermediate, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Autonomous individual with ability to work effectively in teams.
