Currently, we are experiencing growth and expansion; therefore, we are looking to incorporate an Administrative Officer in our center in RIUDELLOTS DE LA SELVA, for the logistics department: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? · Managing goods incoming and outgoing. · Creating and monitoring tracking files. · Stock and inventory control. · Resolving incidents. · Customer service. · Supporting warehouse and logistics tasks. WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR? · Knowledge of logistics and administrative processes. · Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, email, desirable ERP). · Organizational skills and attention to detail. · Proactive attitude and willingness for internal training. · Availability to work morning/afternoon rotating shifts.
