Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant for cold kitchen duties, including preparation, handling, storage, plating, and cleaning of food items, as well as general support to the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cold food preparation and handling 2. Plating and assembly of cold dishes 3. Collaboration with the kitchen team A restaurant in Llagostera requires a kitchen assistant for cold kitchen tasks. Permanent contract with split shifts (midday/afternoon and night). Two and a half days off per week. Working hours: 12\-4 PM and 7\-12 AM. A vehicle is mandatory to reach the workplace. Preparation, handling, and storage of foods that do not require hot cooking or are served cold. Plating and assembly: preparing and presenting cold dishes, desserts, and assembling cheese or charcuterie boards according to the chef's instructions. Food cleaning: washing, peeling, and cutting raw ingredients while ensuring hygiene. Storage: correctly arranging and organizing products in refrigerated chambers and refrigerators to prevent cross-contamination. Cleaning and order: maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the work area, including countertops, utensils, cutting tools, and cold kitchen refrigerators. General support: assisting other kitchen teams (grill, griddle) with auxiliary tasks when necessary. * 12 months of experience.
