The selected professional will be responsible for the operational management and supervision of our centers, located both in Girona city and distributed throughout the province, requiring a dynamic profile with high geographical mobility within the region. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision and Quality: Conduct quality controls of services delivered across assigned centers. * Team and Personnel Management: Coordinate work teams, manage shift schedules and absenteeism, and handle hiring for coverage of absences or new positions. * Operational Organization: Plan and supervise the launch of new services and extraordinary assignments. * Customer Service: Liaise with clients for prompt resolution of incidents and to ensure service excellence. * Management Control: Manage material orders. **Requirements** * Class B driver's license (mandatory) and full availability for regular travel between centers in Girona city and province. * Availability: Flexible working hours adapted to operational service needs. **Benefits and Conditions** * Company vehicle * Flexible working hours for self-management of routes and shifts. * Salary: To be agreed based on experience License/Certification: * Class B driver's license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
