At Mystery Project, we are seeking, for one of our clients (a well-established and growing industrial company), a person who enjoys bringing order, anticipating the team’s needs, and transforming the warehouse into an agile, reliable system always ready to respond. **This is not a conventional “warehouse” position:** it is a key role ensuring that maintenance and operations run without interruptions—guided by sound judgment, data, and strong supplier relationships. Your mission **Ensure that critical items are never out of stock:** readily available critical spare parts, controlled inventory, procurement aligned with actual needs, and a warehouse operating like clockwork. Your day-to-day responsibilities Organize and optimize warehouse operations, identifying improvements and reporting KPIs. Receive, locate, and manage materials/spare parts systematically and traceably. Register delivery notes and documentation in the system (ensuring full reconciliation). Manage inventory levels based on minimum/maximum thresholds, anticipate requirements, and prevent stockouts. Identify inventory/turnover issues and resolve them judiciously. Execute procurement actions aligned with actual need, availability, and budget constraints. Respond to maintenance spare parts requests (coordinating with supervisors and technical staff). **Ensure responsible warehouse usage:** accurately record all entries and exits after each work order (OT). Conduct physical inventories and guarantee data reliability. **Prepare reports:** consumption, turnover, availability, weekly/monthly expenditure. Analyze stock data (including across multiple warehouses, where applicable) to detect deviations and opportunities for supplier standardization. **Desired skills and knowledge:** Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a solution-oriented mindset (this is the top priority). Vocational training (Medium or Higher Level) in Logistics/Warehousing, Administrative Management, Transport and Logistics, and/or Industrial Maintenance. Solid proficiency in Excel and/or warehouse management tools (ERP/CMMS or similar). Experience working with industrial suppliers and machinery spare parts is highly valued.
