




As a purchasing and warehouse manager, your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the warehouse, guaranteeing that the company has the necessary spare parts to provide an optimal response to the customer, as well as seeking and establishing appropriate relationships with suppliers to achieve the organizational goals set by the company's management, providing excellent service that meets customer demands and requirements. At OKOA, we don't just do maintenance; we help drive transformation: our philosophy is based on curiosity, adaptation, and humility in managing the company's maintenance area, aiming to provide TRANQUILITY in asset care for our clients and a LIFE PROJECT for the people who make up our team. \- Organize, provide solutions, and report information regarding warehouse operations. \- Receive and store materials and/or spare parts in designated locations. \- Enter delivery notes and/or documentation arising from warehouse management activities into the computer system. \- Monitor and control inventory levels according to established minimums and maximums, making required decisions to ensure availability of various spare parts and/or materials. \- Identify situations and/or problems in inventory management and take necessary decisions to resolve them. \- Ensure spare parts are available to meet production needs, making purchase decisions aligned with organizational needs and ensuring adherence to the Budget. \- Respond to specific spare parts requests from the Maintenance Coordinator, Supervisors, and Electromechanics. \- Ensure electromechanics use the warehouse responsibly, particularly by confirming that spare parts used are properly recorded after a work order. \- Conduct warehouse inventory. \- Prepare reports to monitor warehouse performance and respond to specific demands (spare parts inflow and outflow, availability and turnover of specific spare parts, weekly and/or monthly expenditure on specific spare parts). \- Analyze inventory data from different warehouses to identify deviations and opportunities for supplier standardization. * Experience 1 year. \- Your attitude is the most important thing! We value high proactivity and motivation. \- Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Warehouse Organization and Management or similar fields (Administrative Warehouse Management, Transport and Logistics...) and/or Industrial Equipment Maintenance FP, Intermediate or Advanced Level in Electricity and Electronics and/or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. \- Knowledge of suppliers specializing in industrial machinery is desirable. \- Broad knowledge of spare parts for industrial machinery is desirable. \- Knowledge and experience in industrial environments is desirable, preferably in the food industry sector. \- Proficient in EXCEL and/or systems dedicated to warehouse and/or maintenance management. \- Own vehicle and valid driver's license. * INTERMEDIATE LEVEL FP DEGREE * intermediate level fp degree \- administration * spanish (spoken superior, written superior) * Availability of vehicle * Driving licenses: b\+e * Permanent employment contract * Full-time * Other relevant details: Annual gross salary between 23,500 and 26,000 euros
